      Urging dispatch simply means that u want your parcel to be dispatched asap,in case you want your order immediately,they can soon deliver your parcel in the next two days.that’s if you urge

      Hi tarsh,when your parcel is handed to the third party it simply means that buffalo logistics has handed your parcel to another courier company which is the one that will deliver your parcel to you..1st party its where u bought ur goods,second party is the buffalo that ships your goods to your country third party its the courier

      Received the sms that my parcel will be delivered in 48 hours .It’s been 6 days and I am still awaiting my parcel. Their phone number has a long queue and when you get to your turn they are unavailable . There is no way to contact them!!!!

      Your service is poor i don't like it you change a lot of custom duties while you can't deliver in time. In order to get what you pay for you have to call first and my last parcel there were items that were missing inside please next time i don't want your company to deliver my order i hurt your service.

      My daughter placed an order 2 weeks ago, paid the tax and is still waiting for delivery which was to be made on the 23rd of October. She got a message saying failed delivery, but we were not notified of any delivery at our home. I have tried both contact numbers but there's no answer. Please will someone get back to us.
