      I ordered from shein on the 26 th of Sept , they said my order will be delivered between 10- 12 October but since then there was no delivery today is 21 of October but still nothing, no communication

      Thanks buffalo received my parcel 6 days before it was suppose to arrive. Great service

      My parcel was supposed to be delivered from 19th to 20th October it hasn't arrived and I haven't received any notification assuring me that I'll get my order soon. Buffalo logistics did me dirty.

      They are so super slow they don't understand sense of emergency.... You wonder if the courier is lost it takes decades to reach destination... And worst it will be a gift

      I also got the message that the parcel will be delivered in 48 hours. The driver called me at 8:30 on Monday night to say he was 1 minute away - the delivery address I gave was my work address and I was at home. I asked to have it delivered at home instead. I am still waiting 4 days later.............Not impressed! Call centre is useless - not willing to assist at all. The parcel was for my daughter's birthday which is today!
