      Please you can just send sms or email when you are on the way so that if we are not around we will make a plan ...this other guy was rude at me I was not at home so he call me and tell me that he is already at my place ,and if am taking time he is going , i run luckily i catch him

      It's my forth time using buffalo logistic,I only have one problem with their service,the person just call you when he is already at your place,what if am not around at that time.is better to tell us in time that they are on the way

      Url are quick to send us invoices for customs but drag to deliver our packages once we’ve paid it. My status hasn’t changed in 5days and I have an important event in a few days which I’m guessing I won’t have an outfit for. Thanks a lot

      The service is not working fair,my tracking number shows delivered but I haven't recieved my parcel

      If you can please go and personally collect your parcel from their warehouse otherwise you will wait a 100 years before you get your parcel.I went and collected mine,it took me less than 10 minutes and i walked out with my parcel.I am now even tired of writing rants and raves about their abhorrent lackadaisical service.I think they enjoy being incompetent at Buffalo.
