      Buffalo logistics is bad I have updated my proof of payment on 27 September 2022 my status is not updated last seen saying my parcel has arrived in Buffalo warehouse my estimated delivery is 03- 04 October but still no call no status updating no nothing .

      Absolutely useless. The worst of the worst. Called their office in Kempton Park. The first time I called, I was rudely cut off. Then I spoke to a young lady who seemed nice enough. Both however, wanted to say that the package hasn't been delivered to their warehouse in China. Absolute rubbish. I have been tracking the package and I gave them the exact date and time they had possession of my package. The package has been in transit for 9 bloody days. How possible is that? Appalling, that's what it is.

      This is my 5th order but I'm surprised that drivers always lie about coming to my area and I haven't change my address since but this order is failing to reach me I was home the whole day waiting for my order I have received any call from driver

      I paid tax on Friday 30/09/22 but still my order hasn't arrived. Pls attend to your customers. We can't be quick to pay but you become late to reply. We need those orders.

      Your parcel has been dispatched and will be delivered within 48 hours. Thank you for using Buffalo. Please note no fees are outstanding. Got this msg on the 28th already ND no movement its already the 4th very unhappy with your service

      Called buffalo they said my delivery is out for delivery,when i call them again to ask why order is being returned to the sender they say they don’t know i should check with fast way when i call fast way they are telling me that my packaging is damaged that is why they are returning it to the sender for then to check is nothing in my package is also damaged this is literally the worst i’ve experienced with buffalo,it’s poor service and for a fact that they keep lying to us makes it even worse

      Very unreliable courier. They don't tell the exact day of the courier. Am still waiting for it even now.
