      Since when is your service so disgustingly low..how is it fair that we wait for delivery for four whole days..you guys have taken this bad service delivery too far! You guys better fix this before we sign some petition

      My order "apparently failed to deliver Friday", trying again today... Reason. Addres OK but no one answered. NO ONE CALLED!!! Checked on website today. Phoned them twice, yes they said, will deliver today (3rd), phoned again seeing that it's 17:30, the phones don't work, NO delivery! Seriously

      My first time ordering and got my order a day before Yippii!! Mind you I made a mistake with my reference when making my EFT but the communication was the best so is the service.

      They phone to make an arrangement for delivery, they don't keep to the time or place then don't answer their phone. Will never order from Shein if buffalo logisitics is the only option for couriers. This company seems like it should have been shut down a long time ago. Disgusting service, horrible, lying drivers.

      First time I used it it came before the actual date and was excellent service, now it’s my second time and I haven’t received a call from them as I did the time before , but my parcel is delivered but I never received it.

      Received my order just two hours ago, first time using buffalo and I had no trouble , I got it a day before the actual date

      Buffalo logistics are very poor in service I prefer that they should look for another company to assist us with our delivery it's been 3weeks my orders are in transit..what the f**k !!..

      I will stop ordering from Shein because of Buffalo. Ive got 3 orders under them two has stories already one was detained another the driver has cancelled delivery yah neh Buffalo is the worst logistic company

      I've been waiting for my order for 4 days now. It keeps being picked up and returned to the same place. Worst experience ever!!!
