      No one called me for first delivery, I have paid for second delivery but have no t received information on delivery date. No phone numbers work. I have only had good experiences with Buffalo and am now very disappointed. Customer care is so important you need to at least have a phone number that works. Even your whatsapp line has no response

      They said my delivery declined…but I was home the whole day and heard nothing by the gate , I am so dissapointed

      I got an email from Buffalo logistics stating I signed and received my parcel however I did not receive anything. And any customer services number you dial does not even ring. Absolute nonsense!

      The estimated date was today but l have not yet receive my parcel l trusted buffalo logistics this was my 5th time using it but then this time it had disappoint me

      My parcel is taking too long now I'm unable to track it because last time I checked it was saying my order is handed over to fast way when I track it on fast way it is saying that my parcel have not been scanned I'm really disappointed because now I'm getting bad reviews from customers

      Just received my parcel. I'm glad to be one of lucky ones who always receive their orders without any hustle. This is my 9th order in total and buffalo always delivers a week before estimated date. Thank you for your SERVICE
