      Worst company ever, they don’t communicate or provide a status update. I keep calling, then they say there is an delay, my package is in transit for a week now to Cape Town

      Yesterday I was stressed about my parcel that was returned. I call the delivery guy and he was kind enough to listen. He came today. I was so stressed but m glad to tell you that everything it's fine. I received my parcel hours ago. Everything is in good condition and quality. Thanks to shain and buffalo.

      My parcel has been in dispatch for more than the 48 hours specified by the company, I've been calling several times and they just say they'll call the driver and get back to me.

      This is the worst logistic company in the world. They don't communicate with you so you at least know what is happening to your package. It's been a month now.

      Today I received the worse service ever, the driver lied and said he didn't find me. I tried calling him for about 5 times, he declined all my calls, I even sent him my location, the next thing I get an email saying that my package was returned. I am still waiting for my delivery

      I am so happy with Buffalo, it was my first time and I have received my package on time and guess what? The sizes are perfect and everything was there. Thank you SheIn, thank you buffalo. I'm glad they were always updating, from order received to client received

      I am still waiting, it was supposed to arrive today then I get a message stating that it was returned. I call to follow up, I get told the driver had a vehicle breakdown and my parcel would be given to another driver but I should still expect it today, it never came and now when I track my parcel it's giving me an error saying my tracking number does not exist I am very frustrated and confused by this game Buffalo is playing. Unhappy at all

      My package was at the Buffalo Warehouse on 7 Sept and I yet haven’t received my package as it is the 21st today

      Still waiting for my parcel but on the app it says it has been delivered
