      The service is poor,I haven’t recieved my parcel even today and it was meant to be delivered between 06 -08 September.No updates from the courier.

      This company wants to con people,I have paid customs but they keep calling me saying I didn't. I have been emailing and sending proof but I'm not getting any help

      If the were zero stars then I’d give just that. I’m always on call an promised delivery which doesn’t take place. I’ve used Buffalo before and it’s never been like this. It’s the 3rd day today I’m promised delivery before 5pm and the 3rd day promises aren’t kept.

      I'm not happy with your service I paid tax but I received a call yesterday and sms informing me that I need to pay tax.

      Very happy with their service. Package was delivered almost a week before the delivery date.

      I happy with Baffalo, I received my shein package after 2 weeks of ordering everything went smooth. They were updating the tracker every day.

      very very poor service, according to Buffalo my parcel has been detained, its been more than a month, no one can help me or sort this out, every time the same excuse, sent documents to Michael and Busisiwe but they don't even bother to reply. going to log complaint with Shein as well so that they know how unsatisfied their customers are due to Buffalo

      Happy with my order placed 3 Sep arrived today 14 Sep one week earlier than I expected. Communication throughout, it's really good that Buffalo has started working with Paxi. Service absolutely efficient!!!
