      I paid customs - 3 days ago, I have not had feedback. My tracking says in transit for a week now.

      I am so disappointed with Buffalo Intl Logistics. I had to pay twice for my order to arrive. They wanted to do the same thing with my second parcel but I emailed them and it took some time before the issue was resolved. Now I am waiting for my order to arrive. I hope it arrives soon.

      Paid for Tax money twice!!!

      I had to Pay tax twice. On the 9th of September and also today the 13th of September simply because I received a message that I didn't pay my tax whereas I had already paid. I was even called 2 times I am so dissapointed in Buffalo. Paying for tax twice!!!

      I'm so disappointed in Buffalo Express for not releasing my package there no reason to hold it I paid tax and there no movement at all I needed that package.The delivery date was 9/09/22-11/09/22

      This is starting to be a bad experience, I paid the tax, when I'm I received my order? What is the point of having a WhatsApp platform if you do not respond? I sent coms yesterday until now you have not replied. The services are horribly unexplainable. I would have given a minus 0 if there was a possibility.

      I immediately paid my tax fee when I got the message and Got my order two weeks before the estimated date and I’m extremely happy because it is for my birthday… Thanks
