    Horrible service. My parcel got dispatched on Monday but I'm still waiting for it because they gave it to the wrong driver. Now they say my order has been left in the North Bay and will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery. This is very frustrating and annoying at this point.

    I have had 3 deliveries so far with Buffalo and they have all arrived at least 1 week before expected delivery date. Happy with the service so far.

    Excellent service from Buffalo. They where quick with the Admin and tax. And I even received my 2 parcels that was ordered separately on different dates the same day together, it was even a week earlier then the arrival date stated.

    Not even a star for me..they bad very bad poor pooor service .. I've payed for everything since my parcel is in Kempton park for 15 days they busy saying different stories daily

    Useless. Poor/NO communication. Story changes every time I contact the call centre. No idea where my parcel.

    Buffalo sucks, my parcel was estimated to arrive on August 13th. Almost a month later I have not received. The contact centre, they should just close their doors because they r completely incompetent
