      Who on earth delivers parcel to wrong address and let strangers sign it off? Whereas I, the client provided you with contact/address information with regards to delivery? Who signed for my parcel? Because I did not sign anywhere? I was never contacted? And it was received. By who? Definitely not me! It show the level unprofessional and incompetent staff you’ve hired. It’s highly impossible and unlikely for parcels to be shipped all the way from China to Johannesburg and then get lost in a small town like kuruman! My hometown is not that complicated to find your around it even if it’s your first time here. Even my hood. I want my parcel BUFZA4080269705YQ. Either that or my money!

      My parcel has been with CBCU since the 30th of August, it still has not been released. I was asked to pay the customs fee, but the parcel is still not released.
