      Those who are saying "thanks Buffalo" and also think that other people are just being extra by complaining, you will one day order again and understand exactly how it is to wait for your order. It's good that yall got your orders but don't ever make other people feel like aba etse pila. It's very simple steps really to follow. So I doubt any of us can fail to do it. We all paid our customs and emailed proof of payments. These people will tell you different stories. They play with other people's emotions. As for me I have deleted shein app. I don't care if they will use other courier companies. Other people are complaining about aramax as well. So I pray every body gets their orders and please stop using shein so they can learn

      I received a message that my parcel was out for delivery. Then the parcel was returned to their warehouse. WHY ???? I’m so disgusted already! No wonder the bad reviews BUFFALO has been getting!! Shein really needs to change them !

      Horrible Horrible service I wish I could give them no stars. If they don't have “technical issues" then they get lost on their way to deliver my goods.       Poor Service when I’m tracking my parcel it shows it was delivered but nothing was delivered on my workplace. No call or sms to notify disgusting customer service. I called them today and the service I received from their agent was appalling and distasteful. Utterly useless agent he was rude and arrogant.
