      It's not funny anymore more kesana, ma parcel has been stucked at cape Town ware house from the 14th. Buffalo you can do better than this haybo!

      Sad ke sana, it’s been in Cape Town for 2 days and they haven’t dispatched it. My res maté’s received theirs twice and I haven’t got mine still

      I'm very mich satisfied with the service. I never recieve my packages late. Always on time or earlier. They call me everytime before delivery and keeps me updated. Thank you Buffalo Logistics

      Fastway and Buffalo delivered a parcel that does not belong to me. The question is where is my item that I purchased? How can they give me someone else's parcel

      As much as I don’t want to rate I can’t remove the one star Firstly the service from buffalo is beyond pathetic I cannot begin to describe the frustration I have I’ve received for the past week messages and emails my package has been dispatched yet I still have not received anything The difficulty of trying to get hold of anyone at buffalo is a real struggle unfortunately Shein is not the problem it’s the courier that’s going to make people stop buying from shein because the frustration of getting hold of them not delivering in time Pathetic service

      I'm frustrated and not happy at all. My parcel is with them since 24th of Feb 2023 and still not delivered. It's either "Return mis-operation", "Attempted delivery but unable to locate consignee", "We experienced problem with your parcel", "Return to Bufallo warehouse PTADC" and "Delivery failed". No phone call, No SMS, No email. When i called them there is no reason they could give me Why no delivery is made. HELP me what do i do next?

      Can somebody please help me I was supposed to receive my parcel yesterday...and today I got a message saying that my delivery failed...but nobody has calling me
