    i was told that the vehicle that was supposed to deliver my package was hijacked so i contacted them asking them as to what will happen and they told me that i will receive a letter via email I've been waiting for that letter from Tuesday until today when i call they tell me that i will receive it within 48 hours what the hell??

    Been waiting for my parcel since I payed the extra fee on the 19/05/2022. I have been emailing and calling but I get the same response from everyone "your parcel will be sent out within a weeks time" since 19/05/2022. This service thou!
