    I received my order my just now. I'm impressed.. Buffalo is just the best I must say..Im not even in joburg(I'm in western cape) and i was scared that it's gonna take a month to get my order but to my surprise they delivered within 2 weeks of ordering from Shein. Keep it up Buffalo..

    Buffalo disappoint me they send me a voice message on the 13June telling me my parcel have arrived l must pay l did immediate payment that same day l called them on 16 of June asking how far they said l must sent the proof of payment l did up to now they did not send my parcel yet am only 30minutes away from their ware house they have poor service if you ask me

    Thank you Buffalo and Fast Way Coriers. I received my parcel today,it was only due next week for delivery. Very professional and friendly service from Buffalo Staff when I phoned today, it took less than 1 minute to speak to someone who, William, very professional who assisted me with the contact number and tracking number for Fast Way Couriers. Very surprised to receive my delivery today. Keep up the good work guys, you both are doing amazing jobs xxxxx

    worse service in this planet earth ever, they lied said they couldnt get anyone at my daughter's school address, there is always people at then school, worse , i never even get a call for the delivery, and now i have to change the address to my place and will have to drive 400km to my daughter's school to deliver the clothes myself. yeeerrrrrr

    I repeat, this company is dust and rubbish. A bunch of thieves. They claim they can't locate my parcel. How did thet lose it? Lousy explanation.

    The worst service , they take so long and lie on the updates. My parcel has been with them for almost 2 weeks and hasn’t arrived yet it says it’s in my city . So unreliable and inconveniencing

    Shein should give people a choice deliveries are very slow. I am not going to rate them. They need to speed up or ship out.
