    Buffalo who is rating you guys 4stars when your services a this bad ,um said to have received my order but no one came to my work place,i will sue you guys um just waiting i have enough proof to go through with my lawsuit,you dont communicate at all with customers you a horrible service provider..

    I would really like to know if I will get my parcel tomorrow coz I know it's a public holiday n on Friday aswell but this morning I got a message saying I'll receive my parcel within 48 hours I'm like waiting n hoping I do get my order.. Another thing url got a WhatsApp customer contact but url don't ever reply to us why??? We have the contact n not reply to ur customers

    So happy with buffalo, i ordered on the 6th of june, got my order today on the 15th june. maybe they are actually improving :)

    I wish tomorrow wasn't a holiday, I'm expected to receive my package that I ordered on the 06th June, I so wish they deliver...I'm happy with buffalo and fast way, this is my 5th order and I always receive them after 2weeks
