    buffalo is useless courier now haibooo can shein stop using it because their service is poor, no reply whatsapp and the phone just ringing no one answer .since i receive message that my parcel is on the way from 08 march until today

    Buffalo has pathetic service a package from china to SA takes less than 48 hrs my package is received in cape town pass couple of days and im still waiting on it!

    Very bad service, no answer from both phone calls, whatsapp and email. I want to find out about my package from shein because it's saying it has been returned due to invalid phone number or address while I used the same address and phone numbers that I always use

    Yohh, now I can't be saying anything good about buffalo, it has been saying it's been transiting to Cape town for 5 days now. I've never even seen that happen before, I myself do not take even a day to Johannesburg from here

    I always receive my parcel before the exact time. The delivery guy always calls me 5 minutes before. I am happy with Buffalo. They deserve 10/10 stars

    I have never not recieved my parcels. Always on time and no delays. So far i am ver happy with buffalo couriers. Thank you so much.

    Order shows delivered but didnt receive anything

    My order shows that it has been delivered and signed on the tracker but I didn't receive anything what surprises me is that it was delivered on a Saturday around 16.30 worse their customer service number is not going through
