      Ordered and received my parcel 10 days after and I'm pleased. I recently placed my second order and it's been only six days so I'm hoping I won't be disappointed and they'll deliver early like they did before

      Once again. What a huge disappointment. Continuous promises to call back. After almost 2 hours total of waiting time. Nobody can find the payment but it was done via their link and I've sent a bank statement. Super quick to email,sms and call you to pay taxes but nowhere to be found after that. WHERE IS MY ORDER???BUFZA4050466826YQ NO IDEA why Shein still uses them.

      Bad service - every time you deliver you return to warehouse - saying wrong pin location ! my address is correct you keep going to another suburb !!!!! and have no email address to contact you on !

      I got my Order today. Thank you Shein and Buffalo int Logistics. It took only 10days . I was expecting my order on the 18th June but I got it 12days before . I am very greatful

      I made my purchase from shein on the 30th of April. Paid my tax on the 10th of May. My parcel was supposed to have arrived on the 23rd-25th of May. Still no parcel and each time I call buffalo (because they never send an update or an apology) I get different stories. For this reason I will never make a purchase from shein. Buffalo service is terrible!!!
