      Worst logistics company ever. Call centre agents are rude and literally get paid for nothing. No one is able to provide an ETA for a parcel that's been dispatched. Very frustrating experience

      This courier company is soooo BAD. It takes them forever to update the whereabouts of the parcel. My parcel status shows "transit to thirdparty express" WHAT DOES IT EVEN MEAN???? Anyone experienced this????

      I'm not impressed by their service this time around, it's very poor and they take long to update the whereabouts of your order I'm still waiting on parcel my which I ordered on the 17th April at the moment I'm starting to doubt if I'll ever receive it

      Can shein just get another courier company, they are useless. You hold on the like for 20 minutes when you have a query only not to be helped. You aske to speak to the manager and they also are not able to assist. Im left frustrated
