    I have been ordering and using buffalo logistics for quite some time now, and now they want to disappoint. My parcel was misrouted which never happened due to "insufficient information" : address ,phone number or no ones home etc. Any advice on how to get ny parcel with this issue at hand ?

    Been waiting for a package. It was supposed to arrive 2 days ago but still nothing. When i try tracking it shows nothing wrong with the parcel. I'm disappointed

    I received an email that my delivery will done in 24hrs. Today 10am the parcel was in Bloem coming to me, 11am I receive an updated tracking that delivery was unsuccessful due to lack of address, phone number etc. I provided all my details with my shipment, what now ??

    I received an sms that delivery would happen within 48hrs and now it’s been more than that and I get a message that the delivery has failed due to lack of address and phone number and all those are on the delivery information, delivery failed but I was home all day and my phone didn’t ring once today. What to do?

    Since they sent both sms and email stating that my order will be arriving in the next 24hrs I haven't received anything and it has passed 2days after the notification.
