      Why the hell are we getting a notification saying delivery was attempted when the delivery guys didn't even call to make sure we are available? what the point of us supplying cell phone numbers then?

      I got "abnormal notification" message..delivery has attempted failure.The main reason is due to insufficient address/phone number/no one at home when delivery etc. But I was at home the whole day and my residential address is correct. Their phone number is not even going through. The numbers online dont even go through.

      Hi these guys are coming up with new words i just do not understand instead of simply delivering peoples packages.can anyone tell me what 'lesa hub' means my package is or was apparently there lasnite(for a few drinks supp.)and left ten to twelve lastnite in transit again...this is so rediculous is starting to get funny actually...mother africa...

      I've been waiting since the 18th of January, and absolutely no response to emails, or getting phone calls answered. When you eventually get hold of someone, they dissappear. Does anyone have alternative contact details? I just want my parcel!!!

      I was expecting my delivery on 17 February 2022., when i call bafalo the said its because the wrong driver took my parcel and i have to wait another 72 hours imagine

      For those of you who have complaints, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Ombud. They are extremely efficient and affective in solving such matters quickly. A service you paid for has to be delivered unconditionally. Take your stand against these arrogant operators.

      I have been waiting all day waiting for my order that was supposed to be sent by Xolani Mncube..there was no sign of him or the order. And they say they don't deliver on weekends worse part I couldn't reach them when I tried calling.
