      My estimated delivery date was 19/01/2022 but I received it a day later, I am super satisfied with the sizes and the cuts, I will definitely recommend New chic to anybody and I'm definitely coming back to buy more. I went to Newchic website and chatted to a consultant who really helped to give me peace of mind, Clearly it's different satiations for different people, wish everyone all the best!!

      my first delivery was okay , the next one all the massages keep on changing and when i try calling the courier you wait too long for your call to be answered

      My parcel states delivered yet I never received it. And the worse part is I cannot track my parcel anymore.Please help

      I have been getting my parcels shipped with Buffalo and to be honest I have never encountered any problems with them. so what happens is that when the parcel gets to South Africa it gets taken over by a 3rd party which is Fastway I always track and it gets delivered on time, it was my first time buying from Shein and the reviews here scared me but I noticed that it works the same way as Ship shop shake

      I trying to track my items but does not seem it gets updated regularly. No wonder it takes more than a month before clients receive there order
