    My parcel keeps saying: wrong address! Yet I’ve been using the same address for years and I’ve been getting my parcels with no issues but why this time? I think you guys are just lazy to work since it’s festive season and you using this as an excuse. Very unprofessional!!!

    Yesterday was my due date to receive my order today it says misrouted i tried calling mailing no response not the service that i expected from you. And my packaged arrived in PE last week already. I understand that you are very busy this time of year but atleast attend to enquiries.

    Placed an order with shein on Sunday the 10th of December and received today...it took only a week, best service from the delivery guy, this is probably my 15th order and they're never delayed

    Very bad service .They debited my account twice and I had to wait 3 weeks for a from on my refund .Still today not email or phone call regarding my refund .
