      Buffalo track is the worst, I've been waiting for my parcel long enough and it has exceeded time phrame for delivery. I'm so disappointed

      I am so disappointed with Buffalo. I regret I chose it to serve me. I was looking forward shopping with Shein. It needs to cut Buffalo to courrier for its clients. Or else it's going to affect its business in a long run. I can never refer anyone to use Buffalo since it doesn't care about clients, I only cares to make its own profits

      Very dissatisfied with Buffalo Courier. This is indeed the worst service provider. Before Shein used this company I never had any problems

      Buffalo is by far the WORST shipping company in the entire world, I have NEVER has such bad service. The parcel is missing, ,the waybill number does not exist.. they keep telling me to contact Shein but they have already sent the parcel! Ive been waiting since 27 NOVEMBER, takes buffalo weeks to email back,, then just email back ' your query has been resolved' but you did not even talk to me? how!? I dont understand wjy Shied uses Buffalo.. it blows my mind... Sure shein will offer a refund but that uis not the point.... I want me PArcel!!

      This is utterly ridiculous. I was supposed to receive my package by latest 25th December 2021. It is now the 3rd of January!!!!! Will never order anything again from shein due to this.
