This was my last order you are not taking your customers serious bad service nxa and you charge too much for delivery I don't understand why I had to pay close to R700 for my parcel and wait over three weeks poor service nxa

I won’t be supporting shein anymore because of the choice of delivering company… was supposed to receive my package yesterday no emails answered, calls or any type of complaint from also shein it’s self… on the 30th is my birthday and I need my decorations
I am very pleased with your service. I placed my order and I kept tracking it on. Estimated date was 13-17 December. I received an email, sms and an automated call informing me to pay for customs. I paid immediately and i received my parcel a week early.

I was supposed to receive my order on the 15th to the 18th of December I'm still waiting for it. I'm not happy with the service at all.
