    Seeing the reviews I was scared but My parcel was delivered today as estimated . I'm happy with the service ☺ looking forward to working with them in future. And the courier guy was very friendly even wished me a merry Christmas

    Extremely bad service Buffalo does not respond to emails , their lines are always busy and WhatsApp number is bullshit. Extremely disappointment I ordered at the beginning of December and I’m still waiting on top of that I had to pay tax. Which was apparently the reason why it took so long which is a lie bc I paid tax the same day I got a notification from them. Previous Courier @TheCourierGuy did not ask me to pay tax as it was incl in the original amount. Mind you they did the same thing to my friend few months back. I’ve been shopping online almost every month and never had this problem.

    I’ve been waiting for this parcel since the 23rd and today it’s Christmas worst service ever.
