Poor service i wish shein could work with another company
I have been waiting for my delivery since morning , the status suddenly changed now to some we cannot effect delivery, why ? No reason whatsoever. Imagine sTaying home all day anticipating your order plans canceled I’m hope of receiving your order . This is pure trash and inconvenience!! I’m disappointed
Terrible service,my order was due on the 13th and they still haven’t delivered. I’m angry and they do not respond to emails. If only I could give them a zero start rating
I will never order from then again i still dis not received any of my orders. And they do not get back to you at all. And do not even answer if i call and no respons on whatsap You dint even deserve one star

they said my goods will take 2 to 3 weeks the goods is after it was delivered to this buffalo in china is over that period of time bad delivery they do not respond to wattsup at all
I'm so pissed with buffalo/Shein service my order is from 27 Nov CN OUTBOUND, I did send over 100 mails and called Buffalo the way the lady spoke to me was so horrible. I also work for a internactional Logistics company.
Tjooo! I wish I could say the same. I placed an order on the 11th Nov, held by CBCU for 3 weeks, was released 10th Dec. Currently on transit between Jburg n Cpt. Sekumanje andazi only God knows...its been a month n 4 days stil waiting.
I'm so pissed right now that I have to send 100 emails and reviews, my order was supposed to be delivered on the 13th but still stuck on "cleared" for 2 days
Worst service ever, my parcel was supposed to come on the 4th of December, today is the 20th and still nothing. They don't answer calls and their whatsapp line is useless
