I am so annoyed with the service I won't lie
This Buffalo thingy has a shitty service eve, I've placed my order on the 6th of November and I was supposed to receive my parcel latest on the 29th of November but up to this date I haven't received it. It keeps saying "onboard parcel onboard courier vehicle " then later is left at east bay 3
if i could give this Company a Minus zero i would ..
the service is poor no communication what's so ever no update on the website, this week 'm expecting delivery
My order has been in the country since 17 Nov, still nothing…..no answer when phoning and no answer on the “quick” response whatsapp…….
This is a shit app because still waiting for my package
I was expecting my order from 18-21st December and I received it yesterday the 13th. The service was smooth I never had to call buffalo as I could track my package online. Thank you Karabo and Buffalo I am happy with the service
I understand it's peak season and you are extremely busy and trying to sort our parcels will minimal delays, but come on, its December I'm putting on some few kilos these clothes wont fit me hhaybo le ska ba joalo hle I want my clothes Buffalo kante yini ngani

Yoh Buffalo is the worst courier company ever.. They don't even communicate with you shame!! I don't recommend it to anyone.
