I have been trying to follow up on my parcel and get no answer from the whattsapp and phone calls. How do you advertise these facilities and a person cannot get hold of you. Just called the number again about 5 minutes ago and was advised that the mail box is full !!!???

The delivery guy waited at my gate for 3 min and then just drove away, no call no text nothing. I’m on crutches and tried to get there as quickly as possible, I emailed and sent a whatsapp, but no response. Hoping someone will deliver again today.

If there is anything like minus star, that is what you needed. Poor and bad service. Your company will not stay in business for long unless you change. I paid my fees since Nov 23. Still have not received my parcel. I won't order again from these company
horrible horrible horrible. i have never experienced any courier service as horrible as Buffalo and i’d like everyone to know so that they don’t suffer like i did. i ordered my SHEIN parcel on 25 Nov 2021 from Johannesburg. i paid everything i needed to pay. on 9 Dec 2021, the parcel is in Nelspruit?? Buffalo does not notify, acknowledge or even apologise for this mishap. i’m so furious, i wish i could rate it negative infinity!!

hey have have separated my order into two package and i don't know why and now i have paid tax twice...first package it says IN transit and the second package it says IN transit since on the 03 December...question when will i get my parcel.
