I have been struggling since August 2021 to sort out my problem. Now they don't answer their phones, emails or whatsapp?????????? NOW IM GOING TO SEE THEM TOMORROW SHOCKING REPONSE
Bad service delivery. My parcel was due on Nov 23 but im still waiting. Whatsapp no gives no response. Call dsnt go through to consultant. Email recieved says there'll be a bit of a delay however 2 weeks is more than abit
I have placed an order on the 11 Nov, estimated to be delivered 03 Dec but nothing. My parcel is stuck CBCU estimated to be released 30 Nov but nothing. I have email SHEIN - received response 04 Dec Saturday to say if I don't received my parcel after 5 days I should let them know either they resend another parcel or refund...I'm waiting ke....

I havent received my order as yet. cannot get through to buffalo logistics. i keep getting cut off. i have sent messages on the whatsapp number given on the recording, they dont even read the messages. i should have received my parcel by the 2nd of December.
Ordered on the 18th of November, delivered on the 7th of December
