      Can never get a hold of this company through any of their numbers or email. I have still not received my order.

      My parcel is in Bethlehem branch and I can easily go fetch it but I tried calling Buffalo so to give me contacts of Bethlehem branch but still no luck Can anyone please help me with Bethlehem branch contacts if you have them coz I can't wait any longer than I have. Buffalo customer service ke bullshit fela

      Their service is bullshit.my order was moving really fast everyday too from China until it got to the Durban branch on the 27th of November and its stuck there .no movement. I'm dissatisfied annoyed and disappointed with them.they talk and say things that they don't so.worst company ever

      I've been waiting for my parcel since OCTOBER and it is December now. They don't answer calls and texts, their service is just terrible.

      I have order my parcel on the 5th of November and the estimated date to arrive was the 23rd to the 27th of November 2021 today its the 30th and i am still waiting. The tracker last update was on the 24th of November 2021 and the parcel was in Cape Town but somehow its stuck there and there is no assitance at all. I am so disappointed
