      After paying so much money for customs ,my order not yet received but according to the tracking number the parcel was dispatched on the 15 Nov 2021,i am now angry because their line is always on voice machine, there is no response on Whatsapp.

      Where is my parcel Buffalo Logistics. I did all payments and email POP. My package is now 22 days in transit. I am getting very angry when i try to contact them the phone does not even ring 010 5934710. This is JHB no and im in WC. i ordered this dress in October for my sons wedding thats in the next two weeks in December. I send various emails out and tried to track my order. Dont know why China and other places make use of Buffalo Logistics. I never had a problem with DHL. Regards

      I received my order a good 7 days before the expected date and it was correct no issues. My only problem is that I did not know they were delivering. I think a prior notification would have been better as it was outside the expected period. Luckily I was still home but on my way out.

      I recieved an email and sms that I need to pay for my order to be delivered. Payment was done on 15 November 2021. But I still receive the call, sms and email that I need to pay. I've been emailing and sending WhatsApp with proof of payment but I do not get any response. Estimated delivery date is 30 November. Would like someone to contact with regards to what it happening

      I recieved an email and sms that I need to pay for my order to be delivered. I did tha same time it was on the 23 of November 2021. But I still receive the call, sms and email that I need to pay. I've been emailing and sending WhatsApp for proof of payment but I do not get any response the only thing I'm getting is that i have to pay. I'm now frustrated and confused

      My estimated date for my delivery was yesterday but until today I did not receive my parcel

      I ordered on 29 Oct and on 11 Nov Collen Mthombeni he was the driver he returned with my parcel without even calling me and on 14 Nov it was Sunday the driver called me i wasn't home. He said they will deliver during the week even today guys I never got my parcel they don't respond to my massages or calls. Estimated date was on 19 Nov. I'm praying so they deliver my parcel.

      Second time my package being delivered by buffalo first time it was delivered within 10 days on the day of delivery I was called to come collect my package and the second time which is today I recieved a text to reply if am not at my located address and then few minutes later he called for me to come collect my package I got my package within 12 days this time...I did not encounter any problems with both orders

      My parcel was out for delivery yesterday I did not receive it The driver did not even attempt to call me Then again today it’s out for delivery I recieved nothing Service is pathetic Thy don’t answer calls It’s dead ends all the time I want my parcel I’m also prepared to go to kempton park to collect it !!!
