Buffalo logistics are stealing their customers parcels. There is a huge scam running there. Shein is going to loose customers because of Buffalo Logistics.
Very poor service. I hope SHEIN can stop using them. My parcel has been in transit from 29 October. Parcel scanned in at Buffalo warehouse on 29 October no update from Buffalo after that. Expected delivery date was between 9 November - 12 November. I decided to go to their warehouse in Spartan, Kempton park on 12 November. I was told that there was a break in on 29 October and unfortunately my parcel was one of the goods that were stolen so I’m must contact SHEIN if I want a refund. I paid R724.00 taxes and for my goods I paid R3400.00 it means I lost more than R4000.00.
Got by parcel yesterday,thought I would experience trouble like other people but their service was top notch,,,I had issues after paying the custom duties my payment was not showimg that i paid,I texted them via whatsapp and also emailed I got a quick response and everything was fixed the next year
I've received my parcel today I'm happy everything is on track
