      Thanks Shein and Buffalo! Was informed what my due customs charge is very soon after arrival in SA. Shein anticipated delivery between 3/11 and 6/11, but I received my parcel today! Had no hick ups at all. Very satisfied.

      You are the worst courier ever, it's been over a month waiting for my parcel. Tried calling ur office, no one answers the phone. Tried sending an email still no response, whatsapp you don't even bother. Just close for business coz clearly you don't know how to run it. I am very unhappy because I order a birthday present for someone and the birthday is now a few days away. I am highly disappointed, I don't even know SHEIN decided to do business with you, they are also going to loose business due to this

      So my first package came super quickly (like 2 weeks early), my second still hasn’t arrived even though I ordered 4 days apart. It’s now 2 weeks late

      I'm waiting for my 3rd and 4th parcels now, I've never had any issues, except that they do not answer their phones or whatsapp questions. I see my 3rd parcel's status have not been updated since 22nd October, but I'm hoping for the best

      Buffalo has never really disappointing me, I've been using it for a long time now. You guys just expect too much, i mean you can't order from shein and expect your things to get here in a week or two

      I made 3 different orders of which 2 of them are a day apart. The first order is already in dispatch awaiting delivery and the other order has since been packed at the AIRDC, since the 22nd of October. Why hasn't that status changed? Also customer service is useless. You call and never get through and your whatsapp never gets responded to. You're the worst
