The service is beyond poor, I think service providers should be made aware of this because they can't keep using them. Tracking details are useless, data is not updated timeously, the whatsapp line is inactive and no responses.

I ordered on the 2nd October and my tracing status was last updated on the 18th october saying its at their facility and Lucia Wants me to remain calm. the estimated delivery date has passed and nobody is saying anything what kind of Bull**** is this?. i need my parcel.. such poor service
