      Buffalo Logistics - wow. You people are defrauding and scamming not only your service providers but us poor customers who have to deal with your pathetic service. I paid almost R2000 for my goods and it was never received for months now. Soon everything will be brought to light. Never buying from Shein again and I will be reporting your fraudulent ways.

      If you have ordered from Shein please report Buffalo Logistics to support [email protected] and [email protected]. Buffalo Logistics are stealing their customers parcels and making them refund clients. what then happens to the clothes that are "lost" - there is huge scam running here and Shein needs to be made aware

      Good day. My parcel was stuck in transit since August. It then somehow got misplaced and I was notified it is "lost". Just to let all of you know.. Buffalo Logistics are stealing our parcels. Please report them to every forum you can think of and make sure you notify the service providers you ordered from. There is a huge scam that is running here. They must be held accountable for their actions. Please boycott their services. Else alot of consumers are going to be victims to their poor service and theft

      My parcel is delayed to arrive in South Africa for 2 days now. Why are they using this courier service if they know it's costing their clients? They need to change their courier because at the end others are losing their parcels while on courier... how possible is that though?

      Terrible service my parcel status has been stuck on dispatching for 3 days, like wtf I think they are trying to find ways to steal the parcel and lie that they have been hijacked.

      Their Service is very poor and full of so much Inconvenience! I am so pissed. My parcel status have been stuck on The Flight delayed because of a Typhoon, like really? I'll never order from Shein, never!

      I received my first parcel a week earlier than expected. I'm waiting for my second parcel, which according to the website is supposed to be delivered between 18 and 21 Oct. According to the tracking nr, the flight was delayed for the 2nd time now. They've replied to one of my emails.... no whatsapp replies and they simply do not answer their phone.

      For now I am giving it a 4 because I am yet to receive my parcel... It is not late or anything because the delivery estimated date is next week and my parcel is already in a depot 2 hours away from me. Don't let these negative reviews push you to panick. I called buffalo because my status was stuck on flight delayed... They literally picked my call within 3 minutes and told me that my parcel is waiting to be assigned to a driver to bring it to my area. Don't panic, you will get your package... In time even if you
