This company needs to be investigated for theft and poor service delivery. Shein must stop using them. Look at the amount of frustrated customers everywhere because of them. Haven't received my parcel in months. They are also stealing people's money making them pay tax twice etc. What happens to our money we pay for customs when we don't receive our parcel. Bunch of thieves
These people don't pick up the phone and they don't respond on whatsaap. Was suppose to receive my parcel today I missed a call from them ,tried to contact them again but no answer. Don't know if I'll ev get my parcel

I Wish shein can actually let us choose the delivery company cause lm feedup with buffalo not updating my info now they gave my parcel to fastway and fastway took my parcel to George western Cape but l don't stay there l stay in vereeniging such a poor service never going to recommend this service try to change your services dnt use fastway again please there are quick in demanding customs money but not quick on delivery
