1st time I ordered from Shein and was sceptical. Collected my order today, day before scheduled delivery. I am a happy customer
Literally have anxiety from the useless service from this company. They need to be reported. No feedback or assistance whatsoever. Anyone know if there is an ombudsman we can lay a complaint with. How can you run a business with telephone lines that cut off your customers.
Absoloutley pathetic service from Buffalo Logistics. No answer to whatsapps and their useless so called telephone line that just cuts. There is no way of knowing where your order is. My order says its been delivered yet I have not received anything. I suggest anyone reading this think about a class action against this company as we are frustrated customers. They do not deserve to be in business or be supported by good companies who use their services.
You guys are the worst of the worst my pacel has been dispatched since last week even now i haven't got it. Your WhatsApp was supposed to be a quick response but its not , my calls can't get thru as well

Baffalo should do something about their services, everyone is complaining this is just not acceptable. My order has been saying dispatched since the 21st of September and it's just stuck there, don't understand why they are not updating the status so we would know what's going on. I'm so annoyed
