I don't really have anything to complain about, except for the South African part of the transport. After being cleared, the parcel takes much longer to be delivered than its journey to RSA. In SA it stays "delivered" for days, then it stays "in transit" for a few days, then it stays "accepted by some hub" for a few days. South African incompetence once again in action, it seems.
Poor service , they play with people's emotions , don't answer the call and I'm sorry to say that I would never ever recommend this company to anyone who wants to ship a parcel to any country it's horrible , doesn't answer watsapp text , Facebook and email , horrible .

I placed an order with Shein on the 26th of August. The package has been stuck at SA Airport warehouse since the 7th of September.
I'm so disappointed with this courier company. It so difficult to get them on the call. I received an email from shein and they said my order has been received while I haven't
I'm not happy since I have ordered thing on SHEIN ON 25TH August I paid tax n after a week they sent me a message saying I owe them tax as they have calculated it incorrect I paid but even now I haven't received my order. I'm so disappointed
I placed an order with Shein on the 5th of September, 15 days later Buffalo couriers delivered my order. Thank you so much BC, much appreciated!
