Very poor service it's been two months now....
My order is not yet delivered to me but the email says delivered. can i come get the order the my self because clearly you are un able to deliver poor poor
If I were given a chance to choose a logistics company to transport my shein orders I would never choose Buffalo. Horrible service

This is one of the worst services ever, they don't respond to emails, not able to speak to a consultant, tried the WhatsApp which they say provides quick response, but there's no response.
My order says delivered but I haven't received anything when I track it status still on transit been full today's when I call the phone just got cut can we be aasited this is bad.
The inconvenience of ordering online is horrible ,paid for my coats 24 August yet I had to pay tax again but still haven't received my order...
I've beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeen waiting, no ways. This is the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in my life...and trust me, I've dealt with a lot of BAD services in my life! I literally missed an important event because of y'all. I'M SUEING EVERYONE!!!!!!
