      Very very bad service i cant even remember when i paid my tax duty but still i haven't received my order.

      my first order arrived before in time , tracking was transparent. i paid my tax via that link they sent along with the tax payment email and reflected right away , they also sent a confirmation email right after i paid my tax, the service was great for me and even now i do have an order awaiting at the ware house , the reason i dont have it yet is the unrest bcoz i am situated in durban ,otherwise i couldve got my order last week ,my package was already in SA nd i only made th order on th 2nd of July.

      My parcel has been detained at the localcustomsand the courier amount has been paid and proof of payment sent to Buffalo Logistics.It has been a nightmare using this online couriers .Your service is very poor, and people should be discouraged to use your company or even worse report it to the Media.

      My parcel has also being lying in their warehouse since 12 July. I mean really it takes faster to travel all the way from. China than it does this Buffalo courier to deliver from South Africa to South Africa. Como. Buffalo. Your annoying a lot of people with this .

      My parcel has arrived in south africa and it was cleared from taxes on the 12th of July and since then I haven't received any update.....what's happening?

      My parcel has been scanned it SA warehouse since the 12th.... I don't knw what to make out of this. I keep comforting myself with maybe unrests that took place early this week...

      THIS IS THE WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! I live in Cape Town so my parcel arrived in Cape Town via Joburg from China. Now they have sent the parcel back to China via Joburg as "TEL unanswered". I have not received any phone calls/ sms's/ Whatsapp/ emails from them! When I phone them they cut me off, they don't reply to my Whatsapp's either. USELESS. So now my parcel was sent back to China after a month. PLEASE CLOSE YOUR DOORS!!!
