      I've been waiting for my parcel for over a week it's saying in transit I paid customs the minute I got the sms They don't pick up calls or reply WhatsApp messages Have never been this disappointed!!

      Ordered from SHEIN end of March and got my package delivered within 18 days. The tracking was always up to date with my order and also received emails.

      This is way too wrong i paid the customs and still i got another sms asking me to pay for customs.i tried contacting them and emailing but they don't bother to reply in anything

      I've tried to phone several times they don't answer, they also don't respond to my WhatsApp messages does anybody have a e mail address where I can contact them.

      I am calling to enquire about my parcel, they do not answer the phone neither do they respond to wattsapp messages.I don't understand why they have a wattsapp which is supposedly for quick response when they don't read nor respond on it. I think this is poor service.

      My order was returned to depot I don't know why because I didn't get any call saying I must come fetch my parcel...Now they say I must contact them but they don't pick up...This is my 3rd week trying to get hold of them but naah no luck...I am so stressed and disappointed...Anyone!!!Help me!!!..

      I have ordered 3 times and all my parcels where delivered by buffalo with no problems at all And lm still waiting for my 4th parcel that have been in hub for 7days and l know this time they are late because of the Easter.

      To everyone who has not received their parcel yet: I don’t work at the company but if you haven’t received your parcel then maybe you haven’t payed tax.? My delivery was perfect, but if you have payed taxes then maybe contact the company you ordered from and you can go from there :)

      My parcel arrived to your premises on the 25th I received your tax on the 27th paid that same day, but no delivery no nothing from you, This is so unprofessional. It should have been delivered to me already Monday or yesterday latest but nothing at all. Try to fix everything about your company it’s just not it
