    At last I received my parcel today after more than a month. Delivery date was between 16th - 18th Dec. But I'm not sure if i still want to order from shein again.

    I want to assist those who placed orders from Nov and Dec I've just called buffalo please do the same and have your tracking number Buffalo will give you skynet number with tracking number for skynet they promised to deliver tomorrow

    Not even worth 1 star. Ordered on 14 Nov, Paid taxes 19 Nov. Still waiting. No customer service whatsoever.

    I ordered my package with Shein on the 24th of November. my package has been in transit with Buffalo from the 15th of December to date, they created a package delivery with paxi but the package was not even delivered to paxi, status of the package is awaiting drop off from courier. when I attempt to call their landline after holding for like 15 minutes I am met with "the person on this extension is unavailable" this is unacceptable and something has to be done the service received from Buffalo logistics. SHEIN MUST USE ANOTHER COURIER COMPANY!!!!!!

    Delivers on time, the only issue is reaching customer care, but other than that there isn't much I can complain about personally.

    I buy from many china companies and buffalo has been delivering to me for 3 years now, very happy, always on time, when I WhatsApp them for updates they reply back same time
