    Ordered 30th of November, waited for Christmas decor and clothes. To date no parcel never had this service on my five previous orders. Flippen incompetent!!!

    I have been waiting for 8 weeks. I am NOT impressed. I am thinking about taking legal action. No answer on calls, mails or whatsapps. This is ridiculous.

    I ordered on the 2nd December and paid my immediately after receiving and I was expecting my order on the 20th to 21st then it was moved 29th but nothing yet to date. When I whatsapp or email no answer. I had to overspend for my daughter to wear Christmas and new years clothes. No longer ordering at Shein

    Ordered 15 November, package arrived at Buffalo warehouse on 1 December. Last update 14 December. Can you just get your shit together and do your freakin work.

    Buffalo is the worst courier service ever. I don’t know why SHEIN is still using them. I bought clothes on the 28Nov for Christmas up till now I have not received my order

    I was supposed to receive my parcel from 26-27 till now I haven't received it and it's 02 Jan 2023,uhm very disappointed in such a way that I no longer believe that I'll ever receive my parcel
