    Package blocked in Belgium for over 2 months. Still waiting for order and Banggood only repeats to be patient due to slow flow of customs clearance process. Not sure this is the real cause and this make me so upset to wait so much time for something I already paid for. Let's wait the outcome...

    Same problem here. I'm waiting on my phone since September, the 14th. Paid with klarna, who can't cancel my order unless banggood cancels it. Apparantly the whole container is being held up in customs. Banggood support told me to wait until November the 14th and then they will apparantly be able to refund me since it's been three months then.

    They are making fun of us with our money! 600 dollars phone is kept in Belgium for over a month. That's the respect you get after dozens of orders the last years..
