My package should have been delivered between 28 NOVEMBER-2ND DECEMBER. Still waiting. No updates, no response anywhere.
I placed my order 15 NOVEMBER. Package arrived at Buffalo warehouse on 1 DECEMBER, I am still waiting, there is no updates, mails, calls and whatsapps go unanswered. Went to Pretoria DC, waited for 7 hours to try and get my package, left with nothing. I am exhausted. Costs me lots of airtime holding on trying to speak to someone and then just get cut of after waiting online for an hour. Had to buy new christmas gifts because my families gifts lays in a warehouse on a mountain of undelivered packages. I saw with my own eyes at Pretoria DC, the packages are literally thrown onto one big mountain, there is no system or organisation. Very very very dissapointed.
Worst delivery service ever
Buffalo is the worst shitty delivery company ever. Been trying to call no response, email nothing. Was suppose to get my order between the 19th -22nd still there is no update. This is really irritating
very frustrated about the service or lack of service im recieving, been trying to call even sent whatsapp messeges no responds, the phone just rings and goes straight to voicemail. it is really unfair as we've already paid a lot of money for our parcels and yet they not been deliverd. my order was suppose to have arrived 24-28 december but nothing.
I am very disappointed I placed my order and my tax payment was made but still they say I haven't paid my tax the worst part is that I uploaded my proof of payment 10 times but still I haven't found my stuff even the contact details don't work
My order waa supposed to arrive on 15 Dec and its now 28 Dec. I got a message on the shein app that the delivery was attempted and they failed. This is crazy coz i am at home and have beeb at home for weeks and i can confirm that no attempt was made. I just need the jhb dc address so i can get my package. Please help
I placed my order on 22 November 2022, today is 28 December and my parcel has not arrived. I have contacted the supposed courier to follow up and guess what, it was not handed over to them by Buffalo! No apology, warning, missed call or smoke signal around when my parcel will be delivered
placed an order the 9th December and anticipated date for delivery was 22-25 December but still no word about my delivery.Tried call CPT warehouse in Parow but number doesnt exist and JHB buffalo warehouse number rings and voice prompts them no one answers.This is very stressful and frustrating and also considering the amount of money I paid for the order and taxes.Im appalled and disappointed, chances are I will never order from this app again.
