placed an order the 9th December and anticipated date for delivery was 22-25 December but still no word about my delivery.Tried call CPT warehouse in Parow but number doesnt exist and JHB buffalo warehouse number rings and voice prompts them no one answers.This is very stressful and frustrating and also considering the amount of money I paid for the order and taxes.Im appalled and disappointed, chances are I will never order from this app again.
Just like most people, my parcel was not delivered in time for Christmas and has been with Buffalo since the beginning of Dec. Exceptionally poor service
When offering a service to a client they must never be dissatisfied but i am at the present moment. this package has my kids' clothes, and they didn't get all dress-up with Christmas but due to delay and thin my kids will not enjoy their festive holiday as they didn't get their new things on time.
Disappointed beyond, my granddaughter kept asking me where is my Christmas clothes.. Ordered on the 25th November and shein sent the package in time our delivery was supposed to be on the 9th December and we didn't receive anything now there's no movement to the package, we can't even get hold of them.. Zero rate.. Someone please assist how do you request the refund from shein..

I placed my order on 22 November 2022, today is 28 December and my parcel has not arrived. I have contacted the supposed courier to follow up and guess what, it was not handed over to them by Buffalo! No apology, warning, missed call or smoke signal around when my parcel will be delivered
