When offering a service to a client they must never be dissatisfied but i am at the present moment. this package has my kids' clothes, and they didn't get all dress-up with Christmas but due to delay and thin my kids will not enjoy their festive holiday as they didn't get their new things on time.
Disappointed beyond, my granddaughter kept asking me where is my Christmas clothes.. Ordered on the 25th November and shein sent the package in time our delivery was supposed to be on the 9th December and we didn't receive anything now there's no movement to the package, we can't even get hold of them.. Zero rate.. Someone please assist how do you request the refund from shein..

Shein will just have to re-fund us that's all. We ate a black Christmas with our kids wearing their old clothes. I just hate Shein right now and its courier s**t company.
