    I have not recieved my parcel its been a month, they told me to send my location and i did but they never showed that was 2 weeks ago.. i wanted this stuff for a function at work.. i ended up not going,

    This is the worst courier service ever. They don't answer their phones. They don't reply on whatsapp. My taxes been paid and I'm still waiting. I wanted this stuff for Xmas already. Shein should go with another courier service.

    Shein should stop using Buafflo, Shein will lose customers because of Buffalo, the badest logistics company ever. Incompetent, poor service delivery. So pissed

    Please when am l going to receive my order it was suppose to be xmas presents already missed xmas so are going to celebrate new without there presents because of your incompetence... Your services suck and you are rude ..your staff are rude

    Can you at least give me an update? My package arrived at your warehouse on 1 Dec. No updates after that.... So freaking frustrating...

    When will you guys resume delivering? I have been waiting for 6 weeks now for my fully paid package after fully paid the taxes. Needed the stuff for beginning of Dec and Christmas, that didn't happen . Very, very dissapointing. I will not order from SHEIN again while they are using Buffalo.

    Bad service too delaying my daughter didn't have Xmas clothes due to the bad service provided by Buffalo it a waste of time deserve zero stars
