    I have ordered on 15 Nov. Still nothing, last update was 14 Dec. No answers on calls, whatsapp or e-mail. Even went to Pretoria DC, waited literally the whole day, left with nothing. Pathetic service. Not even worth one star.

    I ordered 20 November 5 different parcels and still nothing. No one can tell me where it is just to be patient and always refer to the whatsapp line that no one ever replies to. Very poor service. You don't even deserve 1 star

    Shame on your pathetic service. I ordered 25 November and still waiting. Because of you i could not give xmas gifts this year because of you I can not visit friends or family outside Pretoria waiting for a delivery. You ruined our festive season and wasting my leave days. My parcel went to Centurion warehouse I went to fetch but had no luck. Parcels were lying on top of other and staff hiding at the back of building smoking cigarettes as if there is no parcels to deliver.
