      Jeez, you guys should be called the Grinch who stole Christmas. You ruined Xmas for so many people. Placed my order in November already and delivery date was on the 14th. I have no words, you are a disgrace of a logistics company. You should not be in business at all as you have no clue how it works.

      Dear DVD, I wonder if you would have "calm your farm" if you have waited 2 months for your package? Do you know how it feels if you promoted SHEIN to family and friends and they all ordered Christmas deco and gifts and now Christmas have come and gone and nobody received their packages, now I look like the asshole. I went to Buffalo Kempton Park as well as Buffalo DC in Pretoria to try and get my stuff, stood there at both places for more than 7 hours among hundreds of unhappy customers, I still left empty handed because it is utter chaos at both places. So don't tell me to calm my farm. You have absolutely NO idea what thousands of custumors went through with Buffalo the last few weeks.
